Aiming to reduce the footprint of our commercial operations, we initiated a process of internal training and cultural change, combined with a redesign of our employees’ performance indicators.
We use the “B Impact Assessment” management tool to measure our progress and challenges. We seek to meet the highest ESG standards and become certified as a “B Company” in the near future.
This year, our Sustainability priorities are to develop sustainability value in our employees to understand and reduce the environmental impact of our operations and evolve our Service Proposal for the FMCG industry to increase the positive impact of its Go To Market.
