Portfolio optimization is the process that determines which are the most important and strategic SKUs in the company for the different market segments.

We suggest managing the priority portfolio using Power Packs or Magic Groups. “Magic Group” includes SKUs of similar strategic conditions based on different variables such as Brand, Size, PTC (price to consumer), or Packaging. The commercial team should manage these groups of SKUs to ensure their presence and correct execution at the point of sale by increasing vertical sales and volume and thus improving the sales mix and, consequently, profitability at each POS.
